A traveler at the Denver International Airport was spotted screaming at an airline employeeand the tense moment has since gone viral.

which was shared on TikTok on Friday, Nov. 21, shows a woman in white sweatpants and an olive-green crop top at the counter of a Southwest Airlines gate.

“Do you feel safe?” she screamed at fellow travelers at the start of the clip.

“How dare you treat me this way?” she then yelled at a Southwest employee, later shouting, “Who are you? Why is our plane late? Why are we not boarding?”

Later in the video, the woman threatened to sue the airline employee and implied she would get the employee fired.

“This is not okay!” she continued.

The woman was seemingly then bumped from the flight, though it is unclear if the decision was due to her outburst or to routine overbooking.

The video then showed two members of airport security approaching the woman as people in the terminal cheered their arrival. Text over the footage read, “the cops took her away lmao.”

In a response in the video’s comments section, the original poster said that she went to check on the airline employee after the encounter and said “she had tears in her eyes.”

“I felt so bad,” she added.

“She became extremely upset about the boarding process not going quick enough and started yelling at the staff,” the poster said while recalling the incident in an exclusive email to PEOPLE.

She added, “She then got pulled out of line and screamed at them and around the gate for a long time. The employees handled it calmly until security escorted her away. It was just quite a chaotic moment to experience.”

The video has been viewed than 2.3 million times and has than 5,200 comments as of Sunday, Nov. 23. A number of commenters voiced their shock at the anonymous traveler’s behavior.

“Has this lady never experienced a delay of ANY sort?” one commenter asked.

“The airport is the last place I’m letting my demons loose. You gotta keep yourself off the no fly list mama,” someone else said.

Another person added, “Why do people harass the gate agents like any delays or cancellations are their fault?”
