Demi Lovato is happier and healthier than ever following a dark decade filled with rehab stints, mental health woes and social media scandals.

The former child star, now 33, has completely turned her life around after getting sober and finding love with musician husband Jordan Lutes.

Lovato, who is gender fluid, also no longer identifies primarily as they/them, returning to she/her pronouns and admitting that she feels more ‘feminine’ these days.

She debuted a new look recently, not only by losing weightbut also by ditching her androgynous pixie cut to return to the glamorous long hair that she had during her Disney days.

The Heart Attack hitmaker spent the start of October flaunting her makeover at Paris Fashion Week in a mixture of stylish designer ensembles and scantily-clad outfits, including a skimpy bodysuit at the Coperni show.

While her past albums were filled with angsty rock songs about her various struggles, Demi is now embracing the fun side of life on her upcoming LP, It’s Not That Deep.

The dance-driven record is filled with pulsating club beats and sexually-charged lyrics about steamy hookups and dancing all night long.

Lead single Fast is already earning serious Grammy buzz, while almost 200,000 fans flooded an online queue to nab tickets to Demi’s upcoming show at the Hollywood Palladium.

The Los Angeles theatre, which only has a capacity of 4,000, completely sold-out all seats in just 20 minutes, leaving tens of thousands of fans out in the cold.

While the performance was initially supposed to be a one-off show to launch Lovato’s new album, the singer is now considering hitting the road for more concerts.

‘Given the huge demand for the LA show, Demi’s team is looking at a potential full-scale tour, which could include arena shows,’ a music industry insider told Daily Mail.

The source described Demi as being in her ‘pop star prime’ following her last few albums, which were much darker in tone than her new music and featured a mixture of hard rock anthems and heartbreaking power ballads.

‘She found herself wanting to get back into pop music and she’s never been this healthy or happy so it just made sense to do it now,’ they said.

‘The response to the new music has been great and the fans are behind her again so the hard work is definitely paying off.’

They added, ‘She’s put in a lot of work behind the scenes to be at the point she’s at now. She’s loving life as a newlywed and is having fun with her fresh sound.’

Meanwhile, fans have been obsessing over newly-married Demi’s new look, insisting that the star ‘is in her best era yet’ after overcoming addiction battles, a devastating break-up in 2021 and a nervous breakdown in 2011.

Her remarkable transformation has been the talk of the town since she hit the stage in August with her ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas.

One fan said it was ’emotional’ to see Demi look ‘so happy, in tune with herself and just healing nicely,’ after a string of hardships.

Another fan posted on X, formerly Twitter, ‘Demi making new music, in peace with herself and her past, reunited with The Jonas Brothers, looking amazing, in love… WHAT A TIME TO BE A LOVATIC.’

Demi turned to alcohol and drugs as a pre-teen because she had been ‘bullied and was looking for an escape.’

She shared how she would regularly steal alcohol from her stepfather as a teenager, before turning to cocaine when she was just 17.

The star was sober for around six years, but suffered a near-fatal overdose in 2018.

The devastating overdose – which occurred after Demi took heroin that was laced with fentanyl during a night out – left her temporarily blind and with brain damage, and she suffered a heart attack and three strokes while in hospital.

She bounced back afterwards and documented the entire ordeal in her YouTube docuseries, Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil.

Despite getting sober, the Confident hitmaker suffered a setback in the romance department after getting engaged to struggling actor Max Ehrich in 2020.

The former couple got engaged while quarantining together, but split after just a few months.

While Demi has only gone from strength to strength since the split, Ehrich, 34, was arrested Tuesday night on a charge of battery on a person 65 or older, law enforcement sources told TMZ.

According to Peoplethe victim was his own mother, but she later denied the reports in an Instagram post.

Meanwhile, Demi went on to find love with musician Jordan Lutes while working on her 2022 rock album, Holy Fvck.

The pair officially tied the knot in May in a stunning ceremony in Southern California.

To walk down the aisle, the Texas native wore a pearl-white off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood gown.

‘I’m still speechless! Last night was the best night of my life and I can’t believe I get to marry the love of my life @jutesmusic,’ Demi wrote as she shared the news online.

She added, ‘My love, I’m beyond excited to marry you. Every day I’ve spent with you has been a dream come true and I can’t wait to love and cherish you forever. Here’s to the rest of our lives. I love you baby!’

Lovato will release her ninth studio album, It’s Not That Deep, on October 24.
