The Norwegian national team thus achieved its sixth victory in a row, raising its score to 18 points, and sitting at the top of Group Nine with a full score, 6 points away from its Italian runner-up, who played one less match.

In turn, the Portuguese national team defeated its Irish guest with a goal scored by Al Hilal Saudi club player Ruben Neves in stoppage time of the match that took place at the Jose Alvalade Stadium in the capital, Lisbon.

While Serbia and Bulgaria lost on their home soil to Albania (0-1) and Turkey (1-6), respectively.
