The device runs on the iPadOS 26 operating system, the advanced Apple M5 processor, an Apple graphics processor, 12/16 GB RAM, and internal memory capacities ranging from 256 GB to 2 TB.

Its primary camera came with a resolution of 12 megapixels, capable of documenting 4K videos, and was equipped with a TOF 3D LiDAR sensor, and its front camera came with a resolution of 12 megapixels.
