The Realme GT8 Pro does not focus only on appearance, but also comes with a powerful camera system, led by the main camera developed in cooperation with Ricoh, in the first official cooperation between the two companies.

The main camera uses a 50-megapixel 1/1.56-inch sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, and supports focal lengths equivalent to full-frame Ricoh GR cameras (28mm and 40mm). The phone also allows the use of five classic Ricoh GR photography modes: Positive, Negative, High-contrast B&W, Standard and Monochrome.

As for the second camera, it is a 200-megapixel zoom camera, which gives you up to 3X optical zoom and up to 12X zoom without loss of quality. It uses a 1/1.56-inch ISOCELL HP5 sensor, f/2.6 aperture, with optical stabilization (OIS) for clearer, more stable images. The third camera is a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and f/2.0 lens aperture, with a wide angle of up to 116 degrees. The phone supports video recording at a resolution of up to 8K at 30 frames per second.

The rest of the specifications are just as powerful and impressive, as the phone relies on the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Extreme Edition processor. With up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X random access memory, and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage capacity. Realme also added its dedicated R1 chip for graphics processing, to significantly enhance gaming performance and display quality.

Realme GT8 Pro comes with a flagship-class AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution (3136 x 1440 pixels) and a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen offers a standard brightness of 2,000 nits, and can go up to 4,000 nits when viewing certain content. The phone also includes a 32-megapixel selfie camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor integrated under the screen.

The phone uses a 7000 mAh battery divided into two silicon-carbon (Si/C) cells. It supports 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Despite the large capacity, the thickness of the phone does not exceed 8.2 mm, meaning it is thinner than the previous generation GT7 Pro Which was 8.55 mm thick. It also received ratings of IP66, IP68, and IP69 for water and dust resistance, providing strong protection in various conditions. It also runs directly on Android 16 with the Realme UI 7 interface pre-installed.

Realme GT8 Pro is available in three colors: white, green and blue. The price of the version with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage starts at 3,999 Chinese yuan (about 562 US dollars), while the price of the highest version with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of storage reaches 5,199 Chinese yuan (about 730 US dollars).
