Jill Zarin has left fans speechless after unveiling a new – and youthful – look over the weekend.

The Real Housewives of New York alum shared an age-defying clip to social media, which showed her getting a Diet Coke from a vending machine in what is believed to be a sponsored advertisement – and looking ageless while at it.

‘You know, I’ve been told I’m a thirsty b***h. I’m so thirsty,’ the 61-year-old said in the short clip, referencing a feud between her and her ex-co-star Tamra Judge.

The Bravo personality, who wore black pants, a brown top and a leopard print blazer, continued: ‘So, I need my Diet Coke!’

She then walked over to the vending machine, got a can of soda, opened it and took a sip.

‘My love language? A cold Diet Coke straight from my vending machine What’s yours?’ she cheerfully captioned the post.

Fans couldn’t believe the reality star‘s jaw-dropping appearance, with many taking to the comment section agog at her youthful glow.

Some said she looked unrecognizable and wondered if she had gone under the knife again.

‘You look like you are in your 20s Jill. Amazing,’ gushed one fan.

‘Wow – that does not even look like your face anymore. Not bad, just an entirely different face,’ one user wrote.

‘Jill you always look amazing! But your face is totally giving facelift vibes! At its best you don’t look the same lol this gotta be a big facelift for sure,’ mused another.

Another slammed people for speculating whether or not she had undergone surgery.

‘I don’t know why people think they have the right to comment on someone’s appearance rudely,’ they said.

Last year, Dr. Ira Savetsky – the husband of former Real Housewives Of New York star Lizzy Savetsky – revealed that Jill underwent a facelift, chin implant and fat transfer to obtain a ‘more youthful look.’

The plastic surgeon spoke with Page Sixdetailing how the then-60-year-old reached out to him in hopes of fixing her ‘jowling, sagging neck skin,’ among other superficial issues.

‘To address these concerns, I designed a personalized facial rejuvenation plan,’ Dr. Savetsky shared.

‘The procedure included a dual plane lower facelift and neck lift, which involved repositioning both the skin and underlying muscles to achieve a more youthful look.’

He added, ‘To enhance her profile, I placed a small chin implant.’

Jill took to Instagram after her surgery to given an update on her progress.

With her head wrapped in a bandage, she told followers, ‘I’ve been a little bit of MIA, although I’m trying to post here and there. And I’m bravely sharing that I had a lower facelift and some other minor tweaks.’

Jill continued, ‘I live my life openly and freely and that’s why I did a reality show and I think it’s important for people who do reality shows to be honest.’

She explained that she is opening up on social media about the procedure because ‘I just want to share my story and my journey.’

The TV personality then gave a shout-out to Dr. Savetsky, gushing, ‘I have the most incredible doctor who has visited me one or two times a day, including the first night of surgery, which is like unheard of, just to make sure I am OK.

Jill also told fans, ‘I had drains. They’ve been removed. I look more human. If I took this off, I would look a lot more human.

‘But I just wanted to share my story and my journey. I will show the evolution of the real before, the day of, and the following days.’

She also dove into why she opted for extensive plastic facial rejuvenation in her video caption.

‘I’m back! Sort of? After watching myself on The GOAT on Amazon video, (by the way I killed it this week!) I decided I needed a lower face lift,’ she wrote.

‘I also hated my hands and he added fat from my legs. They look amazing.’
