Tobacco International Inc. Enters Greece and Cyprus with KRATOS Power Infusion

Tobacco International Inc. (TI), the American multinational consumer goods company, has announced the official market entry of its KRATOS Power Infusion brand into Greece and Cyprus. The expansion follows the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement with a prominent regional FMCG distribution group and represents a landmark step in TI’s Phase 2 global expansion strategy, reinforcing KRATOS’ growing commercial presence across European markets.

Under the terms of the exclusive agreement, the full KRATOS portfolio will be distributed across retail, hospitality, and convenience channels in both markets. The lineup includes the flagship Guarana Delight, Next Gen Prebiotic, KRATOS Zero and the high-intensity KRATOS XTREME. The partnership is structured to ensure brand exclusivity, logistical efficiency and dedicated in-market activation support from the outset.

Bassem Turk, Chief Operating Officer Europe at Tobacco International Inc., stated: “Greece and Cyprus represent a strategic gateway into the European market, a region that demands quality, authenticity and products that stand for something. KRATOS is built on exactly those foundations. This agreement is not simply a distribution deal. It is the beginning of a long-term brand presence in Southern Europe.”

KRATOS is produced under strict quality standards in Spain and Saudi Arabia and licensed through KRATOS & Co. in Lisbon, Portugal. The brand is commercially active across the GCC and has rapidly expanded its footprint across the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the Balkans. The Greek and Cypriot launch accelerates Phase 2 deployment ahead of schedule, building on strong distributor momentum already established in the region.

TI’s Chief Operating Officer Carlos Rapaport noted that the Southern European entry was supported by sustained distributor demand. “We have seen consistent inbound interest from across the Mediterranean basin. Greece and Cyprus, with their young and active consumer base and strong retail infrastructure, were a natural and logical next move. Our partner on the ground brings exactly the market depth and category expertise we look for in every market we enter.”

The KRATOS portfolio is positioned around performance, identity and choice, encapsulated by the brand’s defining line, Power Is A Choice. The lineup spans zero-sugar, zero-calorie formulations enhanced with natural guarana, prebiotic fiber and electrolytes, alongside KRATOS XTREME, a high-intensity variant designed for bold energy positioning. All variants are produced to international food safety standards and carry the brand’s signature black-dominant packaging with bold, high-contrast design language.

The Greece and Cyprus entry comes on the back of strong commercial momentum for TI. The company estimates combined revenues across its brand portfolio reached tens of millions of dollars in fiscal year 2025, reflecting sustained demand for both the REBEL and KRATOS brands across the Middle East, GCC, Eastern Europe and the Balkans. TI’s European distribution network will be anchored by the Greece and Cyprus agreement, with further EU market entries expected to follow under Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the company’s international rollout plan.
