Grande hit the carpet in a stunning off-the-shoulder black gown, which she paired with a dazzling diamond necklace. She left one piece of hair out of the ponytail and it fell softly around her face.

Grande is up for the award for Best Supporting Actress – Motion Picture for her role in Wicked at the event, which is taking place at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

It comes as fans continued to speculate that she’s feuding with her Wicked costar Cynthia Erivo, who is reportedly not attending the event because she’s busy preparing for her upcoming West End Dracula play in London.

Many people became convinced that Grande and Erivo had a falling out after spotting a string of clues that hinted the pair have grown apart in recent weeks.

The rumors seemed to begin earlier this month after a ‘blind item’ emerged on the popular Hollywood gossip site Crazy Days and Nights, which read: ‘Apparently the A-list actress/singer and her A-list costar are not speaking to each other, which will make award season awkward.’

It’s unclear if the blind item – a term used to describe a news story in which the details of the matter are reported while the identities of the people involved are not revealed – was referring to Grande and Erivo.

However, many fans believed it was about them, and since then, social media has become ablaze with theories that the two starlets are no longer close.

To make matters worse, many people also pointed out that Erivo’s birthday was on Thursday and Grande did not share a tribute for her pal.
