Iranian Nano-fillers With Long-term Therapeutic Effects

A report explained that skin rejuvenation techniques are no longer limited to temporarily filling wrinkles, but rather, in recent years, they have moved towards rebuilding tissues naturally, based on advanced biomaterials and modern nanotechnology.

In this context, the company unveiled two new products, “Inchip Radiance Plus” and “Inchip Scalp,” which were developed based on calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) molecules and poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA).

These fillers are distinguished by their ability to improve the appearance immediately, in addition to stimulating the skin to produce collagen and gradually renew itself, with results that last for longer periods and a high level of safety.

The “Inshape Radiance Plus” product relies on biocompatible nanoparticles ranging in size from 25 to 45 microns, which after injection act as a microscopic support in the deep layers of the skin. The product is available in ready-to-use syringes and contains 0.3% lidocaine to relieve pain, in addition to components that contribute to the stability of the gel and the homogeneous distribution of particles, making it suitable for use in sensitive areas such as the face and hands.

As for “Inshape Scalp,” it relies on poly-L-lactic acid molecules known for their role in stimulating collagen production. It differs from traditional fillers in that it does not create immediate volume, but rather works gradually to build a reconstructive structure under the skin over a period of several months, with a therapeutic effect that may extend up to two years, which exceeds the duration of use of commonly used gel fillers.

The report confirmed that all stages of manufacturing, installation, and quality control of these fillers are carried out inside Iran, which enhances technological independence, reduces dependence on imports, and provides safe products at reasonable prices, in addition to supporting scientific research and creating job opportunities in the fields of biomaterials, nanotechnology, and regenerative medicine.
