A resurfaced video of a tense moment between Taylor Swift and Olivia Munn has sparked a fierce debate online.

The clip, taken at the 2013 People’s Choice Awardsshowed Munn grabbing an award from Swift’s hands in the middle of her acceptance speech and refusing to give it back or get out of the frame to let the singer have her moment.

The clip was shared by one of Swift’s fans last week, who wrote, ‘That was some pretty weird sarcasm,’ and it went viral, gaining over 11 million views.

Hoards of fans took to the replies to share their thoughts, and it launched a massive argument about whether the joke was appropriate or not.

Munn presented Swift with the award for Favorite Country Artist at the event, and the clip began with the Cruel Summer songstress walking on stage and hugging the actress.

But Munn had a clear look of annoyance on her face and did not hug Swift back, standing stiffly as the blonde beauty wrapped her arms around her.

It comes after Swift premiered the first two episodes of her new docuseries on Disney+, entitled End Of An Era.

The show gave fans an insight and sneak peek at what went on backstage during The Eras Tour between 2023 and 2024.
