A new Taylor Swift mural has caused quite the stir – with fans left horrified by the warped depiction of the singer.

The imposing artwork, which was spotted on the side of a building in Warsaw, Polandreplicated the cover of her new The Life of a Showgirl album.

It famously features the hitmaker, 35, who recently got engaged to Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelcedressed as a Vegas showgirl while semi submerged in water.

In pictures shared online of the fresh mural, two walls on a high-rise block were painted in the same shade of turquoise as the singer’s 12th studio album.

Her sultry pose was also captured – but observers were quick to share their critiques after claiming the Eras tour superstar looked disfigured.

‘Omg The Life of a Showgirl in Warsaw is finally done,’ one excited fan wrote, along with a picture of the finished mural.

However, others were less complimentary, as one disgruntled observer wrote: ‘It looks like such a slimy ham in the store.’

‘That looks disgusting,‘ shared another, with someone else asking: ‘Isn’t this a little bit over the top?’

‘Ewwww hahaha what the f**k is that s**t?’ another appalled user wrote.

‘Someone’s really lost their mind,’ declared someone else.

But other fans weren’t so harsh with some complimenting the street art of the megastar.

‘Finally something colorful in Warsaw,’ one online user cheered.

‘I’m booking my flight now,’ another excited fan wrote.

Taylor‘s The Life of a Showgirl album dropped on October 3, featuring some of her raunchiest songs to date.

In 2024, a large artwork of the singer caused controversy in Sydney, Australia.

The mural, showing Taylor wearing a low-cut red dress and a diamond 87 pendant – the jersey number worn by her NFL star beau – drew mixed reactions when it was shared on social media, with some saying it was an unflattering depiction of the popstar.

‘Not one of your better works… looks a bit off,’ one commenter wrote.

‘They butchered her face big time,’ another said.

The Blank Space singer announced the 12-track album at 12.12am on August 12, before making an unprecedented podcast appearance on her fiancé Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast to share the album’s cover art.

Her newest album, The Life of a Showgirl, marked a departure from her previous projects with the album artwork unveiling a particularly steamier side of Taylor, dressed as a sexy Vegas showgirl.

It is also her first album in over a decade that will did feature production by her go-to collaborator and co-songwriter, Jack Antonoff.

However, the release was not without contrioversary after Taylor was called out by annoyed fans for releasing not one – but seven – album covers for her latest album.

The 35-year-old billionaire pop star’s $29.99 record winds up costing fans around $43.41 after adding taxes and shipping.

The vinyl itself is available in two shades – ‘under bright lights pearlescent’ and ‘red lipstick & lace transparent.’
