Resurfaced Video Of Cameron Diaz Seemingly Being Forcibly Kissed By Chris Isaak At Awards Show Sparks Outrage
A resurfaced video of Cameron Diaz apparently being forcibly kissed by Chris Isaak on stage at an awards show has sparked fierce backlash for the musician.
Diaz, now 53, and Isaak, now 69, presented the award for Best Kiss together at the MTV Movie Awards in 1995 when things turned uncomfortable.
Singer and songwriter Isaak smooched the Charlie’s Angels star on stage despite her continued attempts to stop him, leaving Diaz clearly unamused.
Jim Carrey then got revenge on Isaak by doing the same thing to him as he took to the stage to accept the award moments later.
A clip of the incident recently went viral on X, formerly Twitterand it garnered immense fury for Isaak.
In the video, Diaz was speaking when Isaak suddenly interrupted her and leaned in to try to kiss her.
Diaz seemed surprised and pulled away, but Isaak persisted. He kept attempting to plant a kiss on the actress as she pushed him away.
‘Come here baby, come on,’ the Wicked Game singer said as he grabbed Diaz.

Diaz, now 53, and Isaak, now 69, presented the award for Best Kiss together at the MTV Movie Awards in 1995 when he started trying to smooch her as she pulled away
She continuously fought him off for a few seconds as she giggled nervously and reminded him that movie kisses only happen when the ‘directors say so.’
Despite her clear protests, Isaak pressed on, eventually appearing to kiss the actress. However, as his back was to the audience it’s unclear if they actually locked lips.
A clearly uncomfortable Diaz took a second to compose herself and went on to announce the winners: Carrey and his Dumb and Dumber costar Lauren Holly.
When Carrey took to the stage to accept the award, he gave Isaak a taste of his own medicine.
As soon as he hit the stage, The Mask star grabbed an unsuspecting Isaak and kissed him, leaving Isaak stunned.
While he tried to play off the moment and hugged Carrey, he was seen looking unamused and wiping his lips as he retreated from the stage afterwards.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Diaz and Isaak’s teams for comment.
The video was shared on X this week, where it gained a whopping 14 million views.
